Winter Wellness Aromatherapy Treatment

January Special Offer!

New for 2020 is the introduction of a Theme to each month and I’ve kicked off with Aromatherapy for Winter Wellness.

Throughout January you can book an hour’s Aromatherapy Massage for Winter Wellness for just £45! The usual price for a 60 minute Aromatherapy session is £55.

The session will begin with a detailed consultation to establish what you are looking to achieve from the appointment (please allow an additional 15 mins for this process) and then we’ll explore a selection of essential oils that may help to support your needs.  The chosen oils will then be safely diluted into a base oil for use in your 60 minute massage treatment creating a totally bespoke experience!

What Winter issues can Aromatherapy help with?

Whilst Aromatherapy is not intended as a medical treatment or cure or as an alternative to medical advice, it can support the body’s well-being in numerous ways and offer relief from a variety of symptoms.

Whether you suffer from S.A.D (Seasonal Affective Disorder), constantly feel run-down and prone to catching coughs and colds or if the cold, damp weather causes more aches and pains, aromatherapy may offer relief of your symptoms.

Essential Oils are powerful extracts from natural plant-based ingredients and each one has its own unique properties. During your appointment you’ll be able to sample a range of these and decide which 3-4 are chosen to create your bespoke treatment blend. Your likes and dislikes will be taken into consideration as well as any health conditions to make sure the blend created is both safe and effective to help restore a sense of wellbeing and total relaxation.

I can also offer advice on how to use essential oils safely at home to enhance the benefits of your massage treatment.

If you would like any additional information prior to booking, please get in touch.
