Seated Acupressure

Seated Acupressure Massage (also known as On-Site Massage) was originally devised for office workers to relieve common areas of tension brought on by spending hours in front of a computer.

The treatment targets over 100 acupressure points and also includes some gentle assisted stretches to ease tight neck and shoulder muscles. Most people report feeling relaxed but energised after this treatment and when performed in the workplace, clients often say they return to work feeling better able to concentrate.

This massage is performed on a specially designed chair, which offers full body support and is much more comfortable than it looks! As there is no need to undress and no oils used, appointment times are kept to a minimum and the treatment typically lasts about 20 minutes so it is ideal to fit in to your lunch break.
