Changes to the body during pregnacy place great physical demands upon the mother. At On The Bench we specialise in equiping the mother to meet these challenges.

At On The Bench we have specialist training in pre & post-natal exercise and are expert at providing effective exercise guidance throughout all stages of your pregnancy and beyond.
