Changes to the body during pregnacy place great physical demands upon the mother. At On The Bench we specialise in equiping the mother to meet these challenges.
Our blend of skills allow us to offer a full preparation service; from work on postural muscles to aleviate aches and pains to providing safe and fun workouts helping you feel energised and maintain a healthy weight as your pregnancy progesses.
At On The Bench we have specialist training in pre & post-natal exercise and are expert at providing effective exercise guidance throughout all stages of your pregnancy and beyond.
