Advent seems like the perfect time to launch the new website and reveal the next stage in the On The Bench story. There will be more changes to come in the New Year and I hope you will come with me on the journey!

Where's Neil?

You have probably noticed that Neil Dayus is not featured on the new website. A short while ago Neil made the decision that in order to further his skills by undertaking the courses he wants to do but still commit fully to his clients he could not also devote the time and energy to building On The Bench in the way we had originally intended.

On the move (soon)

Around the same time as Neil made his decision we also learnt of plans to redevelop the Trafalgar Wharf site in the coming years. Since neither of us wish to work on a building site, we have made the decision not to renew our lease when it expires in February and to find individual premises. More details of our new locations will be revealed in full in the coming weeks but for now we will continue to work as we have for the past two years and thereafter will maintain a close working relationship.

Future plans

Last month marked the 5th Anniversary of On The Bench! And although plans for the growth of the company have had to change, I will continue to offer a wide variety of massage treatments and I will be building up the holistic therapies in my portfolio. I am currently studying a diploma course in Flower Remedies (which, at the moment, I only use in my Kinesiology treatments) and later in 2013 I will be furthering my training in Systematic Kinesiology. To tie in with being a Consultant for Neal's Yard, I am also planning on adding Organic Holistic Facials to the list and I have other plans in the pipeline too. So please bookmark this site and check back regularly or follow On The Bench on Facebook and Twitter to keep up with developments.

Thank you all so much for your support over the past five years. Here's to the next five!
