Christmas Shopping

Christmas is just one month away and no doubt your shopping is in full swing. Traipsing around crowded shopping centres and high streets, overloaded with heavy shopping bags can really take its toll on your body and your stress levels! So why not reward yourself with a relaxing back, neck and shoulders massage? It will ease muscle tension, aches and pains and soothe frazzled nerves, the perfect preparation for all the gift wrapping, cooking and entertaining still to come!
Perhaps you would like to make this a healthy Christmas? Why not book a Nutrition session with Neil and learn how to cook healthier options over the festive period.

And if you are still looking for inspiration for an awkward friend or relative, we sell gift vouchers for all our treatments and training services. A Sports Massage is a great option for someone who spends a lot of time in the gym or pounding the pavements. Indian Head Massage is a short but very relaxing treatment and is suitable for everyone. Or as a very special treat, Hot Stone Massage is the ultimate pampering experience!

For the golf enthusiast, why not opt for a Golf Conditioning session? Or perhaps a Personal Training session to help them achieve their fitness goals in the New Year?

You can buy vouchers online through our secure shop and we will send the voucher(s) to you. Or just ask us next time you are in for your treatment. Alternatively, give us a call on 02393 233140 and we can take a card payment over the phone and post your items to you.

We look forward to hearing from you.

HAPPY, HEALTHY CHRISTMAS!
