A healthy pregnancy starts here!

Whether you are planning a pregnancy, are currently pregnant or have just had a baby, there are bound to be a whole host of questions that you are looking to answer. Over the coming weeks, we will endeavour to do just that!
With a raft of experience in working with clients facing pre- and post-natal challenges, we will be sharing our knowldege and skills with a blog series looking at:

1. The role of safe exercise throughout pregnancy and beyond: labour is an endurance event. You wouldn't run a marathon without training for it, would you?

2. How specialist massage can help the body prepare for the changes it has to go through and relieve many of the symptoms commonly experienced during pregnancy.

3. Nutrition & Well-being

4. Post-Natal Vitality!

So, if you have a specific question that you would like us to answer or a topic you would like us to address, please let us know by posting a comment or by e-mailing  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
